中国科学院青藏高原研究所，大陆碰撞与高原隆升重点实验室，研究员。目前还担任地质学会构造地质与地球动力学专业委员会副主任；中国青藏高原研究会理事，副秘书长。
My main interests focus on understanding the geological history of Tibetan plateau uplift, and more specifically 40Ar/39Ar, (U-Th)/He and Fission- Track thermogeochronology. I have published more than 120 papers in various different fields of interest. In 2010, I was fortunate enough to win first prize of Science and Technology of the Ministry of Land and Resources.
Currently I am vicechairman, Structure and Tectonic committee of Chinese geologic Society and Deputy-Secretariesgeneral, China Society on Tibet Plateau Research.
